Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
